This is the general contact form for RCJTC business. If you are looking to request new transportation services and/or changes to existing transportation assignments, there may be different request forms depending on your type of request as outlined below: 

• Sign up for new transportation
• Update your students' address 
• Add a babysitter / daycare
• Request a different bus stop
• Request a temporary seat for an ineligible child
• Report a problem or concern
• File a transportation appeal
• Decline transportation

You will receive an email confirmation if your submission has been received. Please note that website submissions are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days.
